Refund Policy

For any service we are not able to serve you and the government fees are not already paid then upon your request we will give you a full amount of refund which you paid to us. We have sole right reserved to decide whether we were able to serve you or not.

For any service government fees are already paid, then we will not be able to refund you any amount paid by you.

If you do not get a physical fitness certificate as a fit for driving from MBBS doctor or you are found unfit before any government authority, then we will refund you Government fees but convenience fees will not be refunded. If government fees are already paid, then we will not be able to refund you.

Refund will be processed with 5 business days (business days does not include Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays). It should reflect into your original source account from debit payment source made by you. Within next 7 business days (business days does not include Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
