Easy RTO (“Application”) is a product of EASY RTO, a partnership firm governed under the Partnership Act, 1932 company governed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at A-1206, Sankalp Iconic, Opp. Vikramnagar, Iscon Temple Cross Road, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad - 380054, Gujarat, India (""firm" "we" "us" or "our"").
Easy RTO, inter alia, provides various services with an aim to support to users in filling online forms / applications on website of the Regional Transport Office (“RTO”). As a part of the services, we shall fill in the application / forms on your behalf and shall upload the said form / application along with all supporting documents that may be needed / required by the RTO from time to time on the RTO website. We shall also agree / accept various terms and condition of the RTO in relation to their services on your behalf as a part of the services.
This privacy policy ("Policy") explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information uploaded / provided by you or those otherwise collected by us by use of Application by you.
If you do not agree to any of the provisions of this Policy, you shall promptly stop using this Application, do not subscribe for any services and immediately remove / uninstall this Application from your device. By using the Application / subscribing for one or more services, you hereby agree to all the Policy.
The firm firmly believes in the highest standards of integrity in relation to the information provided by its customers/users (you or yours or user) at the time of interaction with the firm, and otherwise.
We request you to carefully read this Privacy Policy. For the purpose of obtaining for various services provided by us via the Application, you may have to provide / upload (i) your various details / documents that may be needed by us for the purpose of filling in the form / application on your behalf and uploading them on the RTO website; (ii) your name, (iii) email address, (iv) phone number, (v) KYC details and any other such information as required to complete your application / form (collectively referred to as “Information”). The Information may be confidential and private in nature for you. We shall use the Information as per the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Condition for services (“Terms”).
You agree that the Information furnished by you is lawful, true and correct and does not violate or infringe any laws. No liability pertaining to the authenticity, genuineness, misrepresentation, fraud and/or negligence, etc. of the information disclosed shall lie on the firm nor will the firm in any way be responsible to verify any information obtained from you.
We shall use the Information for the following:

For payments required to be made by you, we utilizes a third party credit card payment processing company which collects payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and / or phone number. We will share this payment information with the third party processing company.
